A nice little scene from the 1998 Live action version of Great Teacher Onizuka (GTO).
This scene features my favourite Japanese actress Matsushima Nanako (松嶋菜々子).
I often think about this scene when I have problems getting out of my bed for work, saying “Business Time” to cheer myself up. (^_^)
to those who are curious about what ever happened to her and onizuka… well, they don't really show what happened after he meet her dad and get accepted to date her. however, both actors got married in 2001 and have 2 daughters. so in headcanon, they went all the way with it.
The good old days of the 90s…. Nanako was my crush…. i was only 13 then when GTO was released. And ever since Nanako Matshushima has always remain my favourite Japanese actress. Back then , life was simple and peaceful…..it starts to get problematic after the year 2000 and things doesnt seem the same way again…
