Fumiko Orikasa (折笠 富美子, Orikasa Fumiko, born December 27, 1974) is a Japanese actress, voice actress and singer. She has been the voice of Meyrin Hawke in Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny, Chun-Li in Street Fighter, Kanade Minamino/Cure Rhythm in Suite PreCure, Lotte Yanson in Little Witch Academia and Riza Hawkeye in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. She debuted in 1999 with the anime Great Teacher Onizuka in the role of Azusa Fuyutsuki. Her record label is Geneon Entertainment. One of her well-known works in her career as a voice actress is Seras Victoria in the Hellsing franchise since she first portrayed the character in the TVA. the other one is Rukia Kuchiki in the Bleach series.
