Japanese pop icon Joe Odagiri stars in the historical action drama ‘The Warrior and the Wolf’, a film co-produced by companies from Hong Kong, Singapore and China. It also stars Hong Kong-turned-Hollywood actress Maggie Q of ‘Die Hard 4.0’ fame.

Odagiri is well-known for his work in both successful and obscure independent films. Yet, he rose to fame in the hugely popular, albeit commercial film ‘Tokyo Tower’ in 2007.

In this video, reporter Clara Mak caught up with Odagiri when he arrived in Hong Kong to attend the premiere of the film at the Hong Kong Asian Film Festival.

Interview is in Japanese with English subtitles.
