[Music] hi everyone I’m cona today I would like to show you media skyt akasaka a fully renovated room by da Takahashi T Takahashi is a former Olympic medalist figure skater and also my ice dance partner uh he recently retired and he just renovated this amazing room in akasaka it’s his second time renovating very excited to see what he has done let’s check inside so this apartment is in the akasaka area um the akasaka area is where the state Guest House was built in the Magi era and it continued developed as in commercial district and an upscale residential area and this area is um no well known for having a lot of commercial facilities and entertainment related facilities making it a very convenient area to live Ino wow I love the color he I’m in the showroom right now dce SK renovated um the first thing I realize is the color usage it’s wow it’s gray um come in so I think this is the laundry space I like the the wall is yellow and has storage very nice oo it’s a very like Fancy Shoes a nice storage as well I like how the door is a sliding door it’s very easy to open I really like this gray color and this is the kitchen um very modern and stylish has a lot of storage very like um very simple so you and easy to see so it’s all organized very nice and have storage here and you can put your refrigerator here this F length mirror is always a good key point cuz you can check your outfit of the day let’s check this door see wow take a look the most stylish restroom I’ve ever seen in an apartment it’s yellow with this like tile it’s very fancy I like the usage of the tile here um also recognize the toilet is I think it’s like a beige color it’s very fancy stylish and then there’s also storage here very I like the it’s very comfortable inside here wow and then um also like this button this light button is also like dark gray it’s all meshed well together and it’s just it’s so fancy wow modern stylish I’ve never seen this kind of apartment before let’s go to the next now I’m in the powder room it’s amazing wow so um he has this two round mirror um he told me this is for the standing mirror and then this is actually when you sit you can also look inside the mirror so he’s he’s really thought about that and then this Mirror Has a lighting switch so there’s a light behind the mirror love the use of this tile it’s like very light cherry blossom color pink and also oh sorry he has a he used a different color here which is a little lavender and the sink is gray very modern and stylish here a lot of storage nice and I also notice there’s this very fancy chair it’s like a perfectly sized under the sink so this can be a chair you can sit on this chair there’s this mirror or you can stand and get ready I also notice um there’s this hook on the wall so you can hanger towel anything you want and this is the shower room again the color very stylish here oo very nice like this is very nice material gray and really like how it’s a black colored shower very [Music] stylish this powder run is amazing very stylish oh another right under the sink there is an outlet socket here so it’s very convenient to plug in whatever you want to use and there’s another one here so there’s four outlets in this powder room it’s very convenient let’s go to the next room now I’m going to check this Closet open wow that’s very spacious and I always like to go inside the closet it’s very high a lot of storage space and I think you can move this wherever you like like so it’s really up to you how to manage the storage space a lot of like places to hang your clothes also notice iuk really likes the having Outlets so there’s an outlet here too very convenient um even I can reach so um anyone can really it’s very organized and very spacious I like it also like the color as well it’s like very stylish now I’m going to go to the living room um wow I love the color uh wow okay I’m going to start here so this is coming from The Powder Room um I think you can see the color better it’s a very um light kind of cherry blossom color and I love the tile so I like how the wall is spray but then right here he decided to add the lavender color and this curtain again it’s gray and yellow so every every color balance he added to the renovation is so perfectly um styled and I think the outside of this apartment is orange and has this green um color added as well but just all the color balance is so perfect uh also just in addition to the balcony you can see during the Spring a beautiful cherry blossom tree it’s a perfect addition to the apartment feature um here you can see a hanging space so you can hang your clothes your laundry whatever you want very convenient very smart to add this on top of the wall and here uh noticed I want to introduce this the most stylish small light remote control so this controls the ceiling light has different buttons so you can change the brightness with this remote control it’s very stylish I’ve never seen anything like this and perfectly fits into this space and right here another feature is it has the monitor um I like how he decided to hide it which makes it very stylish here so whenever you have guests um you’ll have a monitor and you’ll be able to open door from your room wow it’s very I really like this space it’s very organized and also wanted to add how he decided um not to have all the long up all the way on top of the ceiling it creates a little bit more space so it feels very spacious and even the light light feature under this uh foot foot light add another stylish feature to this um room so good job dce SK very nice I love it a fully renovated apartment never seen anything like this and and I want to live here it’s very nice so how was this fully renovated room by D SK um I really first of all the first thing I noticed is the color usage he did um everything is perfectly balanced the usage of the gray uh the cherry blossom color the lavender the light mosa color everything perfectly matches and I really liked the bath room The Powder Room um it’s very um well thought and everywhere in this room has a lot of Outlet sockets so it’s very convenient and has
