【初挑戦】まさかの『カーテン』を使ってチェアパッド作ってみた!!

Hello everyone~ 🤗This time I’m going to make another chair pad with a Marimekko pattern, but this time I’m going to try it with a slightly different embroidered cloth than usual✨At first glance, I can see that it’s quite a thin cloth. Do you have it? This is actually a curtain! 😳 *All tools and materials used this time are listed in the video summary section. This was 550 yen with 3 COINS! The size is 180cm x 100cm, and if you can use it with a punch needle, it’s the best value for money! That’s what I thought when I bought it ⭐️ It feels like it has no elasticity to the touch, and it feels a little tight ☝️ Since it’s a curtain, it has been processed to attach metal fittings. Since it is made of linen material, I think it can probably be used, but I will give it a try! We will be using the familiar DAISO acrylic yarn✨Now we will start stitching from the center of the flower🪡Click here for the specs of the acrylic yarn we will use💁‍♀️The needle we will be using is a 3.5mm needle from pico dot. 🪡The length of the needle was set to 4cm. 😉The length of the needle is 4cm. Now let’s stab it! Eh, you can stab it very normally 😲! ! There are some hard spots when I stab it, but I don’t feel like the fibers are cut or torn ✨ Now that I’ve finished one stab, I’ll check the loop as well ✅ Eh! The loop is perfect as usual! 🥺✨Azabu and punch needle go well together! Well, I don’t know yet because it may tear after stabbing a wide area, but I think I’ll keep stabbing it like this! Needle length 4cm Yes! The center part of the flower is all finished 👆 Check the loop ✅ Yep! It looks good 😉💕 Now, before continuing, I will cut and trim the loops ✂️ Of course I will use these grape harvesting scissors ✨🍇 (I recommend cutting the loops first ✂️ Just cut all the loops ✂️ Next, hold the scissors perpendicular to the trimming embroidery cloth, place the blade on the root of the yarn, and cut off the yarn that protrudes from the blade. ✂️ Next, cut the corners so that they are rounded. ✂️ Repeat this 🔁 More detailed cuts I explained the method in a past video, so please watch that video if you’d like 😉✨ It’s OK if it becomes a round shape like this ✨ Next, I’m going to stab this part with orange color 🪡 The length of the needle, The type of yarn is the same ☝️Needle length 4cm After stitching twice, remove the needle (the yarn remains connected) and check the loop ✅The loop is neatly formed, so cut the loop once. Insert it✂️I cut the loops at this timing to prevent the loops from getting tangled with each other, but there is no problem if you insert them all and then cut the loops☺️However, after trying both methods, I found this method to be better. It saves time and the finish is beautiful☝️The length of the needle is 4cm.Once the loop cut is finished, continue to make stitches_φ(・_・ Stab twice and then repeat the loop cut! Once you have finished stabbing one spot, make a loop cut. I’ll check it out ✅ Hey! It’s cute on its own ☺️ Fluffy and voluminous ⭐️ Thanks to the loop cut in the middle, there’s almost no tangles of yarn 🧶 Now I’m going to cut the other orange parts at once ! This is what it looks like once it’s pierced ☝️ Ah, I have a feeling it’s going to be cute 🥰 lol So far, there’s no problem with the curtain ✨ Now let’s trim the orange part ✂️ The trimming method is the same as for the center part earlier. 😉 Cut so that it’s rounded ✂️ Cut the buried center part to rescue it lol Don’t cut deep all of a sudden, cut shallowly at first ✂️ Use scissors to direct the hair of the orange yarn towards the center. Cut the part that covers the gray ✂️ I was able to cut it like this 😆 It has a nice plump three-dimensional look 🧡 Next, I’m going to stitch the petal part with this yarn 💁‍♀️ Needle length 4cm All needle lengths are It’s the same 😉 The loop on the back side is transparent, so you can see how thin the cloth is. From the second loop onwards, do the stitches with your left hand while avoiding the first loop. 🪡 Left finger Be careful not to pierce the flower ⚠️ This is also a key point to prevent the loops from getting tangled with each other and to get a beautiful finish ☝️ I pierced it 4 times ☝️ Hmm, after embroidering it 4 times, the petals were quite thick and I cut the loops in the middle. It seems to be easier to cut loops two times at a time instead of four times 😅 Now that the loop cuts in between are finished ✂️ Now let’s continue cutting and repeating the loop cuts! Needle length: 4cm Needle length: 4cm I’m sorry that it’s hard to see, but I usually stab from the outside to the inside, but after stabbing the outside once around, like this, I stab the top and bottom to make a loop on the back side. It was easy to avoid and easy to stab 👍 Yes! All the petals have been stitched 👏 The stitched side looks cute even on the front 🥰 Let’s check the loop side! ✅Wow ,,,,😨It’s kind of disgusting,,,,😇It looks like a shaky creature😂The density of the yarn is nice and sturdy! Next, let’s stab the stem part 🪡 The color is the same as the center part ☝️ As for the stem part, I just pierce it normally, so I skipped it all at once 😉 I’ll do a loop cut and trim here as well ✂️ Needle length 4cm Finally, the final part of the stabbing process! Let’s stitch the background🪡I want to stitch smoothly, but the yarn on the petals is too stiff so it’s difficult to stitch.I’m trying to separate the stiff yarn using my left finger on the back side, but it’s extremely difficult to stitch! 😇 So, I’m going to just adjust the outline of the petals before I stitch the background 💦 I thought I’d do it all at once with clippers later, but… Lol I just adjusted the outline of the petals like this! I think this makes it a little easier to stitch the background ☺️ I have finished stitching all the backgrounds with a needle length of 4 cm ! 👏 Wow 😆 It’s a little fuzzy, but I have a feeling it’s going to be cute! ✨And I finished sewing all the curtains without them tearing! great! ! It has been removed from the embroidery frame 👆Next, I will use clippers to trim the surface! I would like to cut the background a little shorter than the flowers to give the flowers a three-dimensional feel. Use scissors to neatly trim the border between the petals and the background ✂️Trim last spurt! ⭐️Sometimes there is some buried yarn, so I dig it up 💪The trimming is finished~ 👏By making the background shorter, the flowers look a little raised 😆Yeah , it looks nice 🎵Now it’s time to finally finish the back processing Let’s go in ☺️ Start stitching and cut the yarn at the root at the end. Next, cut the curtain, leaving a width of about 4 cm. ✂️ Next, make cuts at appropriate intervals in the remaining curtain. ✂️ Next Apply adhesive to the wool part. While applying adhesive, paste the notched curtain on the inside. Carefully apply it all the way to the edges 😉 Apply more adhesive on top of the curtain pasted on the inside Next, attach a seat cushion sold at a 100-yen store on top. Finally , use a glue gun to adhere the curtains and seat cushion so that the pattern cannot be seen from the sides☝️Finally , on the outside Align the lengths of the yarn ✂️ Once this cutting is done, it’s finally done! 👏✨What do you think?😆 This time, I tried making a chair pad using curtains, and I was able to use a punch needle without making any holes or tears.✨If you attach a seat cushion to the lining, it will be quite thick. It will be soft and comfortable to sit on 👍 Moreover, it is originally anti-slip, so it is very comfortable 😉🧡 The 3COINS curtains I used this time are still on sale, so if you can find them, please give them a try ☺️ *Thin needles If you do so, the yarn may fall out, or if you use a needle that is too thick, it may break. *For details on where to purchase, etc., please see the summary section. Thank you for watching until the end! Please like 👍 and subscribe to the channel 😊 We also look forward to your comments ✍️ ✨ Look forward to the next video!
